As part of the interview process, every applicant participates in a Plunge and Sauna session with their manager or the founders during their final round interview.
If your company were something that grew in soil, what would it be and why?
We would be a potato, because of their resiliency. Our products and our people emit resiliency.
What do you do to kiss the ground? Phrased differently, how do you celebrate, support, and protect our planet?
We talk about it. Word of mouth is still the most powerful tool for getting information out. We believe in what Kiss the Ground is doing and we share it with the world.
