We went digging to find farms and companies producing those same nostalgic foods with your health, soil and farm prosperity in mind. This guide will help you win big with delicious game day favorites that support the Regenerative Movement.

Chicken Wings & Tenders

From the Oregon coast to the Ozarks, Grass Roots Farmers Co-op uplifts farmers in rural America who are championing regenerative agriculture.

Certified by Regenefied, Perennial Pastures takes an ancestral approach to provide nutrient-rich meat that restores grassland ecosystems.

Leigh’s Smoky Buffalo Crispy Wings (Oven or Air Fryer)

You’ll need:

    • 2–3 lbs Pasture Provisions Regenerative Organic Pasture-Raised Chicken Wings
    • 1–2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
    • Salt + pepper
    • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
    • Happy Prairie Smoky Buffalo Sauce

Directions:

  1. Crisp the wings
    • Pat wings dry (this is the secret).
    • Toss with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
    • Oven: Bake at 425°F for ~40–45 min, flipping halfway
    • Air fryer: 380°F for 22–25 min, shaking once

  1. Sauce ‘em up
    • Toss hot wings generously with Happy Prairie Smoky Buffalo Sauce.
    • Return to oven/air fryer for 5 more minutes to caramelize.
    • Optional glow-up: Finish with a squeeze of lemon or sprinkle of flaky salt.

  1. Dip in Mother Raw Ranch Dip or Garlic Aioli

Kiss the Ground Partner Applegate was founded by a conflicted vegetarian. The company is a proud advocate for supporting healthier animals and humans.

Roots was created based on the founders’ two favorite passions: farming and snacking. Ladd and Zoey are proving that snacking is even more fulfilling when the ingredients are grown in healthy soil.

Born from a parent mission to treat kids to better snacks, The Good Crisp Company upgraded classic potato chips with simple and anti-artificial ingredients.

Organic and family-owned, Humble’s potato chips are made with only three ingredients: potatoes (skin included), sunflower oil, and sea salt. They are also certified plastic negative!

Quinn Snacks began with an owner “neurotic AF about quality.” The company is proving their commitment to quality with their B Corp certification and partnership with regenerative farmers.  

Zack’s Mighty were the first chips made with certified regenerative corn in 2022!

Rooted in Mexican-American heritage, Siete’s grain-free nacho chips are crafted with thoughtfully selected ingredients like cassava flour and avocado oil.

Luli’s Snacks off the Snap!

Vegetarian Regenerative Snack Mix: Zero cooking skill required and disappears fast!

You’ll need:

  • Roots Chips (broken into chunks)
  • Good Crisp Company Crinkle Chips
  • Quinn Pretzels
  • Siete Nacho Chips

Directions:

  1. Toss it all together
    • Add all snacks to a giant bowl.
    • Mix until evenly distributed.
  2. Optional seasoning:
    • Light olive oil spray + smoked paprika + garlic powder
    • Or keep it clean + salty
    • Bake at 300°F for 10–12 minutes

Hot Sauce & Dips

Wholly Guacamole hand-scoop their Avocados, so your guacamole is perfectly ripe with no additives or chemicals.

Guacamole is one of the most popular game-day dips. Super Bowl Sunday is the largest avocado consumption day of the year.

Sap harvests maple syrup for their nutrient-rich, antioxidant-packed soda from Vermont, directly supporting 50 farmers and families.

Sweets

Kiss the Ground Partner Alter Eco not only makes delicious chocolate; they work with cacao farmers to transition to regenerative agriculture and agroforestry. Their truffles are wrapped in plant-based, non GMO, compostable wrappers!

Alec’s Ice Cream started with a kid making ice cream in Kindergarten. It’s now the  world’s first regenerative organic ice cream – good for the gut and the planet.

Nourish Food Club was brought to life by two sisters reimagining our food system. Their cookie dough mix, made with sourdough, is easy to digest and delicious.
