HOMEMADE GUMMY BEARS

  • 1.5 cups organic 100% fruit juice
  • 3 Tbsp grass-fed gelatin
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey

Pour juice into a small saucepan and turn the stove to med-low heat. Add gelatin and whisk for 3 min, or until fully dissolved. Add a spoonful of honey for sweetness. Pour mixture into a gummy bear mold and cool in the freezer for 15 min. Pop out and serve!
