Directions:
- Combine the coffee grounds, coconut oil, and honey in a small glass jar and mix well.
- Add lavender oil, if desired.
- To use, gently massage a small amount onto damp skin in circular motions, avoiding the face and sensitive areas.
- Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
- Store sealed in a cool, dry place. Take care not to introduce water into the jar.

You’ll need:
- 2 tablespoons finely ground regenerative oats

- 1–2 teaspoons warm water, as needed
Directions:
- Grind the oats into a very fine powder using a blender, food processor, or coffee grinder.
- Mix the ground oats and honey in a small bowl.
- Add warm water a little at a time until the mixture reaches a smooth, spreadable consistency.
- Apply a thin layer to clean, damp skin, avoiding the eye area.
- Leave on for 10–15 minutes.
- Gently rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
